I was making dinner tonight when Bella asked, "What are you making Mommy?"
"Shepherd's Pie", I replied. "OH! ... I LOVE shepherds, but I don't like pie" she declared.
Hmmm....I really would have guessed it the other way around. Then again, I can't say that I have met a shepherd that I didn't like. Have you?

Too funny!
While explaining Halloween to my neice (& teasing her too), my father explained that she should say thank you for the candy she gets when trick-or-treating. He then said, "OR you could always ask for a pork chop instead of candy"...her eyes lit up and said "I LOVE pork chops!"...go figure!
